In quietness and confidence shall be your strength and within your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit ~ of great worth in the sight of God. Isaiah 30:15b; 1 Peter 3:4

EN-COURAGE: Put Courage Into
Inspire with confidence, promote, spur on, steel, stir up, strengthen, enliven, embolden, comfort, applaud, boost, promote, incite, commend, steer/guide, lighten the load... .
How Creative can you be to implement encouragement? Would you share your experiences?

My son is an amazing sculpturist. Presently, he’s working on a piece of twisted juniper where he's actually making water out of wood. I saw the original piece of wood - before his masterful hands began to etch, sand, refine, and draw out the shape that his artist's eyes envisioned seeing the timber, raw on the forest floor.
Awed, I imagine his craftsmanship in the same way God sees us. He created us with goodness and promise. His plans are beyond anything our finite minds can imagine. Sometimes, we get stuck seeing the way we are now... but God sees us complete.
Today, why don't all of us celebrate the unfinished lump of clay... the unchiseled piece of stone... the ordinary block of wood... the tatted and dirty beggar... the cranky clerk - and encourage someone to live their life for the glory of God - to be all they were intended to be. Encourage yourself likewise!
• 1 Thessalonians 5:11 - encourage one another and build each other up
• Hebrews 10:15 - let us encourage one
• Galatians 6:2 - bear each other's burdens
• 1 Thessalonians 3:2 - strengthen and encourage [others] in [the] faith
• Hebrews 3:13 - encourage one another daily, as long as it is called today
